How we make it personal…
Chiltern Care is a family-run warm and welcoming group of care homes in Buckinghamshire.
We have been caring for people since 1984 and are humbled to have built very close relationships with the local communities who we serve. They know we provide a genuinely caring and homely environment for our residents and that’s what makes it personal. Each of our three nursing homes – while different in their own way - operate on these important principles.
A loyal team
Often in the care sector, the staff can come and go but we are extremely lucky to have created a very loyal workforce. Highly trained and highly valued, we believe this is at the centre of how we make the caring of your loved one something personal so you have peace of mind.
A tailored service
There is no one size fits all to our way of caring. We know it is important to you that we make it far more personal than that – so that is our promise. Before we welcome a resident into one of our homes, we take as long as it needs to really understand what is best for them and their future.
An independent life
We actively encourage residents to enjoy their lives and that means doing as much or as little as suits them. Again, the choice is theirs and it’s personal. We have a calendar of weekly events and activities for residents to get involved in as they please.
