Mandeville Grange Partners with Aylesbury College

We’re delighted to be partnering up once again to enable their students in health and social care learn from practical placements at Mandeville Grange.

Their presence adds a welcome dynamic to the home as residents enjoy meeting new people and seeing young faces.

For the students, it’s important to have real experience of care in a local home which is already a recognised part of the community.

Nicoleta Morar said: “It’s a win, win situation for us all. We get the benefit of meeting a new energetic workforce, the residents make new acquaintances and the students learn in a professional care setting.”
