A trip down the river for Mandeville Grange residents

One of the highlights of our annual activities calendar is a boat trip on ‘Rivertime’.

It’s a lovely day where residents and staff get to cruise on a 42-foot boat for two hours from Windsor. It’s a very scenic and rural trip with us being very near to the source of The Thames. Residents loved seeing animals near the water’s edge, quaint lock houses and rolling countryside – the views were glorious in all directions.

Asha Roy, activities co-ordinator for Mandeville Grange said: “For young and old, there’s nothing like a lovely day out to enjoy the British summertime. We’re looking forward to doing it all over again next year.”
